Use of Site You agree to use this site lawfully and not to interfere with its operation or scrape content without permission.

Products & Orders All custom cookie orders are subject to availability and design approval. We reserve the right to decline orders that conflict with our values or exceed our capacity. Order confirmation does not guarantee availability during high-demand periods — we will notify you promptly of any issues.

Pricing & Payment All prices are in USD. We reserve the right to update pricing at any time. Payment is due at checkout. For custom orders with deposits, the remaining balance is due before fulfillment.

Digital Products Upon purchase, you receive a non-transferable, non-commercial license to use the digital content for personal use only. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or resell any digital product.

Classes & Events Enrollment in classes is non-refundable. Please review your schedule carefully before booking. Camp Cookie registrations require 21 days notice for cancellation. Cancellations within 21 days are non-refundable. The Cookie Curator reserves the right to cancel or reschedule events; registered participants will receive notice and options.

Intellectual Property All content on this site — including photos, designs, recipes, copy, and branding — is owned by The Cookie Curator and may not be used without written permission.

Limitation of Liability The Cookie Curator is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our site or products. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the applicable order.

Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
