Refund policy
At The Cookie Curator, every order is made with care and intention. Because our products include perishable food items, handcrafted custom cookies, digital products, and physical merchandise, our refund and exchange approach is handled on a case-by-case basis.
Custom Cookies Due to the perishable and custom nature of our cookies, all sales are final once an order is confirmed. We do not accept returns on food items. If there is a quality issue or an error on our end, please reach out within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos and we will make it right.
Digital Products (Courses & Downloads) All digital product sales are final and non-refundable. If you experience a technical issue accessing your purchase, contact us and we'll resolve it promptly.
Merchandise (Apparel, Mugs & Physical Goods) If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll review and offer a replacement or store credit as appropriate. Items must be unused and in original condition for any exchange consideration.
Classes All class registrations are non-refundable. We recommend reviewing your schedule carefully before booking.
Camp Cookie Cancellations made 21+ days before your camp session are eligible for store credit. Cancellations within 21 days are non-refundable. No-shows forfeit their spot without credit.
