Shipping policy

What Ships Only merchandise (apparel, mugs, and physical goods) is available for shipping. Custom cookie orders are not eligible for shipping — they are available for local pickup or local delivery only.

Processing Times Merchandise orders typically ship within 3–5 business days. Digital products are delivered instantly upon purchase. Custom cookie orders require 10–14 business days — pickup or delivery scheduling will be confirmed via email.

Shipping Methods We ship merchandise within the United States via USPS or UPS. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. We are not responsible for carrier delays once a package has been handed off.

Local Pickup & Delivery (Custom Cookies) Pickup is available in Aliso Viejo, California. Local delivery may be available depending on your location — contact us before ordering to confirm. Do not arrive for pickup before receiving your confirmation email.

Damaged or Lost Packages If your order arrives damaged, photograph the packaging and contents immediately and contact us within 48 hours. For lost packages, we'll work with the carrier to file a claim. The Cookie Curator is not liable for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.

Holiday & Peak Season Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods. We'll communicate any delays via email.
