Camp Cookie 2026 Policies

Registration & Payment
• Registration is completed through our online store and payment is due in full at time of registration.
• Each camp week is sold separately. You may register for multiple weeks.
• Bring a Buddy Discount: Automatically applied at checkout when registering 2+ campers.
• Spots are limited to 15 campers per week and are filled on a first-come, first-served basis.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
• Cancellations made 21+ days before your camp session are eligible for store credit.
• Cancellations within 21 days of camp start are non-refundable.
• No-shows forfeit their spot without credit.
• All cancellation requests must be submitted via email to hello@thecookiecurator.com
Illness & Absence Policy
• If your child is sick, please keep them home. No refunds or credits will be given for missed days due to illness.
• Children must be fever-free (without medication) for 24 hours before returning to camp.
• If a child becomes ill during camp, parents will be contacted for immediate pickup.
Drop-off & Pick-up Policy
• Camp hours: 9:00am - 12:00pm daily
• Drop-off window: 8:50am - 9:00am
• Pick-up window: 12:00pm - 12:10pm
• Parents must walk children to the door for drop-off and pick-up. Children will not be released to anyone not listed on the registration form without prior written authorization.
• Late pick-up fee: $1 per minute after 12:10pm
Allergies & Dietary Restrictions
• All snacks provided are peanut-free. Please notify us of any additional food allergies at registration.
• For children with celiac disease or gluten sensitivities, we provide gluten-free cookies and maintain separate decorating stations. However, camp is not a 100% gluten-free environment.
• Parents are responsible for providing any specialized food items not covered by our allergy protocols.
Behavior & Safety Policy
• We maintain a positive, inclusive environment. Bullying, aggressive behavior, or repeated disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.
• Parents will be contacted if behavior issues arise. We reserve the right to dismiss a camper without refund if behavior poses a safety risk to other children or staff.
• All campers must follow counselor instructions and camp rules at all times.
Weather Policy
• Cookie decorating sessions are held indoors in our air-conditioned studio.
• Activities, crafts, and games are held outdoors in our large backyard under canopy tents.
• In case of extreme heat, rain, or unsafe weather conditions, all activities will be moved indoors.
• Please dress children in comfortable, weather-appropriate clothing and closed-toe shoes. Sunscreen is recommended.
• In the event of an emergency (fire, earthquake, etc.), parents will be notified immediately and given instructions for pickup.
Photo & Video Release
• Photos and videos may be taken during camp for promotional purposes on The Cookie Curator's website and social media.
• If you do not wish for your child to be photographed, please notify us in writing at registration.
• All campers will receive a digital photo album of their week at the end of camp.
What to Bring
• Water bottle (labeled with child's name)
• Sunscreen (applied before arrival, we will reapply as needed)
• Hat (optional but recommended for outdoor activities)
• Closed-toe shoes (required for safety during outdoor activities)
• Optional: Camp Cookie t-shirt or apron (if purchased as add-on)
• All supplies, snacks, and materials are provided.
